ASSIGNMENT UPDATES
Pepsi Ads were due yesterday.
THE USED PHOTOS were extended to Monday, OCT 3. Upload them in CLASS on MONDAY.
NEW ASSIGNMENT- PHOTO SHOOT: FALL COLORS
Autumn laves are turning all sorts of beautiful colors. Crops are being harvested. Tall prairie grass is turning beautiful shades of gold. Shoot 10-12 shots that catch the colors and actions of fall.
POSSIBLE THEMES-
The red leaves of an elm tree on the ground.
Harvest in action, a combine cutting a strip through a field of corn
A bundle of corn or straw on display in a front yard with pumpkins
Other Fall IDEAS
FALL COLORS DUE: OCT 17th.
BUT DON'T DELAY. If you procrastinate, you can miss out. A strong wind storm can wipe out all the good leaves in one night.

Pepsi Ad
Starting from a blank canvas, create an ad for a new product or new slogan for Pepsi.
Think about branding.
Think about how to link your new product with the established brand of PEPSI.
Invent a catch phrase of your own to help sell the product.
Use the following steps to begin your design.
1- Fill the background with a deep blue color. Reference the Pepsi bottle in the room for ideas.
2- Create a rectangle across the middle of the canvas with the marquee tool. Fill it with white.
3- Fill the area above the white with red.
4- Now manipulate the image to create your ad.
5- Don't forget a logo on it when finished. Use a font style that will reflect the selling point of the ad.
